Job summary

Cast Recruitment is seeking a senior commercial/retail property leader to take the helm of a diverse portfolio spanning shopping centres, large-format retail and other income assets in Western Australia. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape strategy, drive asset performance, and lead property operations, leasing administration, facilities management and compliance.

You will balance strategic foresight with hands-on execution, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and develop robust business

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in commercial property management with senior-level portfolio oversight.
• Experience overseeing shopping centres, large-format retail and diverse commercial assets.
• Proven ability leading property management teams and facilities functions.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen to drive income and asset performance.
• Extensive knowledge of retail leasing, rent reviews, renewals and outgoings.
• Experience managing budgets, reporting and capital works planning.
• Ability to develop property business plans and portfolio strategies.
• Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships and negotiations.
• Knowledge of WA retail legislation, WHS and compliance.
• Exceptional leadership and communication at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse property portfolio and drive strategic direction, performance and operational effectiveness of the property function.
• Provide strategic oversight across property operations, leasing, facilities management and compliance.
• Balance strategic thinking with operational execution and drive portfolio value.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, tenants and external partners to align on performance targets.
