Job summary

Worley in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Project Risk Analyst to join the Project Risk Management team. You will own risk analyses across an assigned portfolio, ensuring consistent application of risk processes from pre-contract to delivery.

You will facilitate risk workshops, lead quantitative cost and schedule risk analyses, and translate complex outputs into clear insights for project teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Extensive project risk management experience across engineering, energy, resources or similar industries.
• Proven ability to perform quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis.
• Excellent facilitation skills with capability to lead workshops and challenge project teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantitative cost and schedule risk analyses and build bespoke models.
• Develop and maintain project risk registers and risk management plans.
• Facilitate risk workshops and communicate outputs to project teams and customers.
• Guide, mentor and develop junior risk personnel and deliver training.
• Ensure consistent application of risk processes from pre-contract to close-out.
