Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior/Professional Project Risk Manager to join our Infrastructure team in Adelaide. The role supports a nationally significant program and will drive risk assessment, ownership and reporting across precinct packages.

You will conduct QRAs, model cash flows, track risk against the budget, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed risk insights into planning while meeting corporate risk standards.

Qualifications

• Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain (or currently hold) an Australian Baseline Security Clearance.
• 4+ years of risk management experience, with demonstrated capability at a senior level.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with a high level of accuracy.
• Experience using risk tools such as Active Risk Manager, Cura, @Risk, Acumen Fuse, Safran, Primavera Risk Analysis.
• Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Risk Identification & Ownership: Work with the project controls precinct team to identify and track risks with clear owners and mitigations.
• Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA): Conduct QRAs to inform contingency levels and support decision making.
• Reporting & Communication: Develop risk dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Financial Risk Modelling: Model cash flows, assess escalation impacts and monitor risk vs. budget.
• Collaboration & Compliance: Align risk insights with corporate standards across cross-functional teams.
