Genus Group is leading risk management for Tasmania's North West Transmission Development. The Project Risk Lead will own the risk framework, run risk workshops, model schedule and cost risk, and deliver clear risk reporting to project leadership and TasNetworks.

You will support contingency decisions, challenge assumptions with engineering and commercial teams, and travel to sites as needed while enabling hybrid/remote work for interstate applicants.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in project risk management on major infrastructure projects.
• Ability to lead risk workshops and present to senior leadership.
• Knowledge of AS ISO 31000 and contingency management methods.
• Driver's license and willingness to travel to sites.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain NWTD risk framework and risk/OP register.
• Plan and run risk and opportunity workshops with engineering, construction, procurement and commercial leads.
• Build and run quantitative schedule and cost risk analyses (QRA) to produce P50/P90 outcomes.
• Recommend contingency levels and track usage against forecasts.
• Quantify risk in variations, change proposals and subcontract awards; manage exposures.
• Prepare monthly risk reporting for Project Director and TasNetworks; lead joint reviews.
