Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Principal Project Quality Lead to oversee all aspects of project quality across the lifecycle. You will collaborate with multiple departments to drive QA/QC, identify risks and implement continuous improvements to meet client expectations.

The role reports to Solution Center leadership with cross-functional interactions and a focus on delivering high-quality project outcomes within a complex, global environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of QMS, QC & QA principles and methodologies.
• Strong risk management, customer relationship and project execution skills.
• Leadership experience in quality across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Review quality requirements and define mitigation plans.
• Coordinate creation and approval of PQP, PQCP and ITP documents.
• Monitor quality performance metrics across the project lifecycle.
• Lead quality audits and supplier assessments to ensure standards are met.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions for non-conformities and ensure customer satisfaction.
