Job summary

Worley in Australia is seeking a Senior Project Planner based in Brisbane or Adelaide to join our Australia team. You will develop, maintain, and analyse integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and provide schedule insight to project leadership.

You will work across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup phases, lead scheduling governance, and deliver executive dashboards and look-aheads to support decision making in major capital programs.

Qualifications

• Significant planning experience on mining, energy, infrastructure, or EPCM projects.
• Advanced Primavera P6 scheduling skills, including resource loading and critical path analysis.
• Strong understanding of progress measurement, schedule governance and forecasting.
• Experience supporting major capital projects through study, execution and commissioning.
• Ability to communicate schedule risks and recovery strategies to leadership

As a Senior Project Planner, you will be joining the BHP Copper South Australia (C2C) MCG Program, and play a key role in delivering a major capital growth portfolio. We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to develop, maintain, and analyse integrated project schedules while providing schedule insight and strategic planning support to project leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Lead schedule development across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup phases.
• Perform critical path analysis, schedule risk identification, and recovery planning.
• Support progress measurement, productivity analysis, and schedule forecasting.
• Prepare schedule performance reports, look-aheads, and executive dashboards.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and client stakeholders to drive schedule performance.
• Support planning governance, change management, and schedule assurance activities.

What You’ll Have

Preferred Experience

• Mining and resources sector experience.
• Exposure to integrated project controls environments, working closely with cost, risk, and reporting teams.
• Experience with schedule risk analysis, Power BI reporting, and portfolio-level planning.
