Chandler Macleod is seeking a highly organised Senior Project Officer to strengthen the Emergency Relief and Support directorate’s data, reporting and governance capabilities ahead of the high‑threat season. This 6‑month contract role focuses on delivering improved information management and governance for emergency operations.

The role requires proven project management, strong data analytics, and the ability to work across ERS and Communities to support capability uplift and reporting

Qualifikationen

• Proven project management experience with results delivered within defined timeframes.
• Strong data governance, reporting and documentation skills.
• Experience developing governance documents and operational guidance.
• High-level written communication and ability to engage stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

Aufgaben

• Data Governance & Reporting: Develop a tailored ERS Information Management Framework; build reporting tools and dashboards; coordinate financial and performance reporting; document data definitions and quality controls.
• Governance, Policy & Documentation: Create and embed Knowledge and Information Management documents; maintain governance registers and ensure alignment with standards.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate tasks, risks, schedules and progress reporting; prepare briefs and provide advice on risks and outcomes; work across ERS and Communities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with Data Office, Finance, People & Culture and operational teams; facilitate workshops; promote adoption of new systems.
