Job summary

Executive Risk Solutions (ERS) seeks a Junior Mobilisation & Operations Coordinator to support major contract mobilisation by coordinating people, logistics and compliance. You will gain hands-on experience across the operational lifecycle, working with our teams, clients and site representatives, backed by structured training.

Responsibilities include onboarding, clearances, travel and rosters, and collaboration with the Major Contracts team to support mobilisation needs.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in business, HR, project management or related field.
• Strong organisation and detail orientation.

The Role

As Junior Mobilisation & Operations Coordinator, you will support major contract mobilisation by coordinating people, logistics and compliance. Working with our operational teams, clients and site representatives, you will gain hands on experience across the operational lifecycle, supported by structured training and an experienced team.

• Coordinate employee onboarding, inductions and site access
• Manage clearances, training, licenses, qualifications and supporting documentation to maintain workforce and contract compliance
• Arrange travel, accommodation, rosters and equipment for deployment
• Work with our Major contracts team to support our team and client across a range of mobilisation and operational requirements
• Maintain accurate operational records and provide timely updates to the Client Services Manager and General Manager – Major Contracts

About You

• A recent graduate in business, HR, project management or a related field, or someone with experience in administration, operations support or similar fast-paced role
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Calm under pressure and comfortable working to tight deadlines
• A clear and professional communicator
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• National Police Clearance
• Motivated to learn, develop and grow with the business
