NSW Department of Communities and Justice is seeking a Senior Project Officer – Buy Ups based at Berkshire Park (Francis Greenway Complex). This temporary full-time position manages the development, implementation and evaluation of complex projects to achieve defined outcomes.

The role requires strong project management experience, stakeholder engagement, risk and benefits realisation, and leadership of project teams.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in strategic and innovative project management.
• Excellent understanding of project methodologies, processes and procedures.
• Current Driver Licence and willingness to drive as required.

Aufgaben

• Oversee project planning, development and implementation to meet timelines, budgets and quality.
• Build and manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication and negotiation.
• Monitor risk, benefits realisation and quality measures.
• Lead project team and ensure governance and milestone delivery.
• Conduct research and make recommendations to support planning.
• Provide advice to stakeholders on emerging issues and delivery plans.
