Job summary

TwentyThree Projects is a fresh, dynamic team delivering custom shop fit-outs and standout designs for businesses of all sizes. Based from Brisbane, you will lead commercial fit-out projects across Queensland, coordinating clients, subcontractors and internal teams to deliver on time, safely and to a high standard.

The role offers growth as the NSW presence expands. You’ll develop programs, budgets and procurement plans, build strong relationships with suppliers, and help establish systems for

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing commercial, retail or hospitality fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, trades, materials and project delivery.
• Ability to manage projects from start to finish.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong commercial awareness including budgets, procurement, variations and cost control.
• Understanding WHS requirements and construction regulations.
• Confident communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Proactive, solutions-focused and autonomous.
• Strong computer skills with project-management software.
• Established network within Queensland/Sydney construction or fit-out industry (desirable).
• Relevant qualification in construction management / project management / building (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Managing commercial, retail and event fit-out projects from handover through to practical completion.
• Developing project programs, budgets and procurement schedules.
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and internal teams.
• Maintaining regular communication with clients and providing clear project updates.
• Conducting site visits and overseeing progress, quality and safety.
• Identifying and resolving project risks and delays.
• Managing documentation, variations, cost reporting and close-out requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with building codes, WHS and company standards.
• Building a network of QLD/NSW-based subcontractors and suppliers.
• Supporting establishment of systems and processes for our QLD/NSW entity.
• Helping identify future staffing requirements and contributing to local team.
• Representing TwentyThree Projects professionally and growing reputation.
