Job summary

Downer seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Telco and Network Services projects as part of the New Energy Business. Based in North Ryde with travel across Sydney, you will ensure safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence while building client relationships and mentoring a project team.

Qualifications

• Project management qualification preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with solar infrastructure construction and BESS technology.
• Ability to deliver projects while facilities remain operational.
• Experience in preparing contract financial summaries and monthly reports.

Responsibilities

• Leading project planning, delivery, reporting, risk management, cost optimisation, subcontractor management, and close-out.
• Developing, managing and mentoring a high-performing PM team.
• Driving zero-harm safety culture across all activities.
• Providing leadership, coaching and performance management within the region.
• Building strong customer relationships to support project delivery and growth.
