AusNet Services Ltd in Victoria is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale power infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and budget alignment. You will manage a project team, develop delivery strategies, assess risks, coordinate with construction on site and engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive commercial success.

Formación

• 20+ years of proven experience in project management delivering
• Proven successful delivery of technically and commercially complex projects with value > AUD 100M
• Portfolio management experience – manage multiple projects and teams
• Safety leadership and people leadership on project teams
• Strong PM tools, processes and best practices
• In-depth knowledge of project scheduling, forecasting and financial control
• Ability to coordinate with construction and commissioning on site
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Develop and report lessons learnt for continuous improvement

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end delivery of large-scale, high-risk power infrastructure projects
• Manage a Project team of project managers and engineers
• Develop delivery strategies and support pre-contracts development to produce competitive proposals
• Lead risk assessment and management from delivery to network perspective
• Provide insights into value engineering and lessons learnt for process improvement
• Oversee project finance management, procurement and material management
• Maintain collaborative relationships with internal, client and supplier stakeholders
• Report on lessons learnt and transition tools from construction to operations & maintenance
• Ensure safety, environmental and quality standards are met
