Job summary

Contract Resources, part of Cleanaway, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Moomba operations, splitting time between on-site at Moomba and the Lonsdale office in Adelaide. You will guide operational improvement and contract performance across Moomba, managing around 40 operational staff and two leaders.

The role requires a proven track record in turning around challenging operations, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to develop capable leaders, with regular travel to Moomba.

Qualifications

• Senior operational leadership experience in industrial services, maintenance or shutdowns.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to improve margins.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary site teams and developing leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational improvement initiatives and sustain change.
• Drive contract performance, productivity and commercial outcomes.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery with two leaders and ~40 operators and planners.
• Develop and execute transition and mobilization plans when needed.
• Build capability and a high-performance culture at site leadership.
• Strengthen client relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Maintain focus on safe, reliable and compliant service delivery.
