Job summary

Delta Electronics Australia is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Mining & Energy to lead large-scale mining, energy and infrastructure projects across Australia. You will manage multi‑million‑dollar programs from handover to customer acceptance, coordinating customers, factory operations and supply chain partners to ensure safe, on‑time delivery and top quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Business or related discipline.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Ability to travel domestically as required to customer and project sites.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end execution of multiple mining and energy projects.
• Acting as the primary point of coordination between customers, factory operations, suppliers and internal teams.
• Developing and maintaining project schedules, delivery plans and milestone tracking.
• Leading project governance activities including documentation, approvals and stage-gate reviews.
• Providing regular project status updates, risk assessments and performance reporting.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks relating to manufacturing, logistics, procurement and delivery.
• Working closely with Supply Chain, Operations and Engineering teams to ensure successful execution.
• Managing customer acceptance processes, project closeout activities and final documentation handover.
