Job summary

Veolia Australia & New Zealand delivers SeaReady ship repair and docking services in Henderson, WA. We seek an experienced Project Manager to lead docking, repair and maintenance projects, coordinating SeaReady partners, contractors and clients with a strong marine background.

You will manage scopes, budgets and schedules, ensuring safety, compliance and on-time handover, while guiding a team through multi-trade operations and complex docking activities.

Qualifications

• Relevant project management experience in ship repair, docking or dry-docking environments.
• Ability to prepare estimates, quotations and manage labour, materials and docking costs.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-party contractors, schedules and budgets.
• Strong safety, WHS and environmental compliance leadership.

Responsibilities

• Inspect ships, review specs and quotations; define repair scopes with clients and SeaReady partners.
• Develop integrated project schedules; coordinate docking, undocking and redelivery with clients and dockmasters.
• Manage contractor scopes, budgets and variations; ensure safety, quality and timely delivery.
