Job summary

Alfabs Engineering & Services, the flagship division of the Alfabs Group, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of major projects from our Parramatta office. You will own safety, quality, programme and commercial outcomes, guiding project engineers, coordinators and site teams to deliver safely, efficiently and profitably.

Based in Sydney, NSW, you will manage complex construction and infrastructure projects with strong client relationships, cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex construction/infrastructure projects.
• Strong site-based delivery experience and leadership of multi-discipline teams.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, variations and claims with commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects end-to-end from mobilisation through to close-out.
• Own safety, quality, programme, commercial performance and client outcomes.
• Coordinate engineers, supervisors and site teams to achieve objectives.
• Develop detailed programmes, lookaheads and resource plans.
