Job summary

McNab on the Gold Coast is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through delivery. You will partner with design and estimating teams, identify opportunities, manage risks, plan resources, and embed safety into all stages.

You’ll own budgets, on-site costs, variations, and reporting while inspiring your team and growing talent, delivering projects that meet client needs and contract conditions.

Qualifications

• Construction management specialist with strong leadership and safety focus.
• Proven ability to drive pre-construction activities and plan resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage design and estimating collaboration.
• Oversee pre-construction opportunities, risks, and resource planning.
• Manage budgets, costs on site, variations, and payment schedules; ensure reporting.
• Inspire teams, grow talent, and understand individual drivers.
• Take ownership of head contract, schedule, and subcontractor/supplier agreements.
• Foster strong client relationships and ensure contract conditions are met.
