Baseline Projects invites an experienced project professional to lead multiple concurrent construction programs across Defence, Commercial and Education portfolios. You will drive high performance, mentor teams, and ensure profitability while promoting safety and quality across all sites.

With a minimum of eight years' experience, you will manage client relationships, support personal development, and deliver tailored career progression within a dog-friendly, well-equipped office.

Formación

• Degree in a relevant discipline (construction, engineering or project management) or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven experience leading project management teams.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all staff levels.
• Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Managing and leading project teams to deliver multiple concurrent projects in various stages.
• Promoting high performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Mentoring junior staff and supporting personal development of delivery teams.
• Overseeing cash flow, cost reporting and project profitability.
• Developing balanced teams to maximise skills and provide development pathways.
• Leading risk management and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Leading WHS system implementation and ensuring compliant processes.
• Maintaining positive relationships with employees and contractors to support project health and continuous improvement.
• Acting as escalation point for project teams and building strong client relationships.
• Representing the client's best interest from inception to completion of projects.
