Qualifications

• 8+ years of post-graduate experience in senior project roles (Senior Project Engineer, Assistant PM, PM, or Senior PM).
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Building / Construction (Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma).
• Proven experience in residential, commercial construction, or structural refurbishment / major fitout projects.
• Strong expertise in project management, planning, programming, contract administration, design management, and client relationship management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with a track record of successfully managing site-based teams, subcontractors, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver newly awarded projects across Sydney (Inner West, West, South, CBD, East, North/NW).
• Manage projects from planning through handover, ensuring quality, safety, and program adherence.
• Foster client relationships, coordination with design teams, and supervision of on-site teams and subcontractors.
