Job summary

Future Generation Joint Venture (FGJV) seeks an EM Construction Electrical Supervisor to oversee on-site electrical installation activities and coordinate between electromechanical teams and civil works to ensure safe, timely delivery on the Snowy 2.0 project in NSW.

You will lead a skilled team, ensure safety compliance, review documentation, and maintain field notes while coordinating with EM Site Engineers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Electrical installation, testing and commissioning on-site experience.
• Experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes and standards.
• Proven project management and scheduling skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Support EM Engineers and Civil Construction Managers in operations.
• Identify improvement opportunities in site activities.
• Coordinate with trade surveyors for quantities and measurements.
• Maintain accurate field notes and safety records.
• Ensure daily compliance with safety guidelines and client requirements.
• Supervise electrical installations to meet project specs and safety standards.
• Develop and maintain work schedules for electrical tasks.
