Job summary

Green Light Worldwide in Sydney is urgently seeking experienced IP Core Project Managers to drive end-to-end delivery of Mobile Core Network transformation and deployment within a large telecommunications program.

You will lead multi-stream governance, coordinate across Core Network, IP/MPLS, data centre and vendors, and ensure successful design, build, test, migration and handover with robust contingency planning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience delivering complex telecom or network infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience leading Mobile Core, IP Core, IMS, IP/MPLS or large-scale network transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of Mobile Core Network architecture and IP/MPLS transport networks.
• Experience managing live-network upgrades, migrations, cutovers and operational acceptance in carrier-grade environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-vendor telecommunications projects involving Ericsson, Nokia and Cisco.
• Strong project governance skills, including RAID management, scheduling, dependency management, stakeholder engagement and executive-level reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills, with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders across complex delivery programs.
