Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex business and technology initiatives within the Insurance Software and BPS division. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, governance, budgets, and executive reporting across multi-workstreams.

The role requires 8+ years in senior PM roles in enterprise settings, strong leadership, and extensive stakeholder management. Certifications (PMP/PRINCE2) are highly desirable, with Hybrid delivery and MS Project/Jira/Azure

Qualifications

• 8+ years in senior project management delivering large-scale transformation, technology, regulatory, or compliance projects
• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream projects within enterprise environments
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries is highly desirable
• PMI/PRINCE2 certified or equivalent is highly desirable
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira and Azure DevOps

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects from initiation through closure
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations across multiple workstreams
• Apply structured project governance frameworks including stage gates and steering committees
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and actuals with regular financial reporting to senior leadership
• Build relationships with executive stakeholders, business leaders, vendors and distributed teams
• Prepare status updates, board papers and executive reporting
• Identify, assess and manage risks, issues and dependencies
• Lead, motivate and coordinate project teams including internal staff, contractors, and third-party vendors
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party delivery partners
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned across delivery
