Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex business and technology initiatives within the Insurance Software and BPS division in Sydney. You will oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring on-time, on-budget and quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in senior PM roles, experience in insurance/regulated industries, and strong leadership with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in senior project management roles delivering large-scale transformation, technology, regulatory, or compliance projects.
• Experience within insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries (desirable).
• PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification (desirable).
• Agile/SAFe certification or experience with hybrid delivery methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects from initiation through closure, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations across multiple workstreams.
• Apply structured governance frameworks including stage gates, steering committees, and reporting cadences.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and actuals, providing regular financial reporting to senior leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders, vendors, and distributed teams; prepare status updates and board papers.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; drive improvements and lessons learned.
