DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale business and technology initiatives within the Insurance Software and BPS division. You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage multi-workstream plans and governance, and provide executive reporting.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, financial management, and stakeholder engagement across distributed teams, with a flexible, hybrid work model and emphasis on delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in senior project management delivering large-scale transformation or regulatory projects.
• Experience in insurance, financial services or regulated industries desirable.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management with executive influence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for business audiences.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgeting, forecasting and reporting experience.
• PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is desirable.
• Agile/SAFe exposure or hybrid delivery is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Project, Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Experience in workers' compensation or similar claims environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Apply governance frameworks including stage gates and steering committees.
• Produce regular financial reporting to senior leadership.
• Build relationships with executive stakeholders, vendors and distributed teams.
• Prepare board papers and executive status reports.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Lead, motivate and coordinate internal staff, contractors and vendors.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party delivery partners.
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned across delivery.
