Job summary

CBRE Sydney is seeking a senior Facilities and Project Manager to lead a dedicated team delivering advanced project management services aligned with the local GWS strategy. This hybrid role offers flexible working arrangements and strong career development within CBRE’s global platform.

You will oversee procurement, planning and execution across multiple projects, mentor staff, and drive performance toward key targets while collaborating with other lines of the business to achieve strategic

Qualifications

Experience managing teams and delivering to key targets.
Approximately 8 years in project management or facilities/hard services roles.
Strong ability to align projects with business strategy and CBRE values.

Responsibilities

Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations.
Coordinate and manage daily team activities, schedules, and cross-training.
Oversee all phases of project management including procurement, contracting, planning, tracking and execution.
Ensure procurement, negotiation, execution, administration and closeout are compliant and timely.
Monitor billing, expenses and overall P&L to EBITDA and ensure financial controls.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other business lines to meet strategic objectives.
Identify complex project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
Lead by example consistent with CBRE RISE values and foster best practices across the team.
