Metso is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of engineered-to-order (ETO) mineral processing equipment and systems for major global customers. The role focuses on end-to-end project delivery across engineering, procurement, fabrication, logistics, installation and commissioning.

You will drive safety, quality, schedule and budget targets, while shaping customer relationships and coordinating with cross-functional teams in a high-performance environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Process, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of project management experience in bulk materials handling/mining.
• PMP certification highly regarded.
• Proficiency with ERP tools (SAP, MS Project) and general project controls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex ETO mineral processing projects.
• Build and manage customer relationships as the primary contact.
• Coordinate across engineering, supply chain, quality, manufacturing, logistics and field service.
• Oversee cost forecasting, progress tracking, change management and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, specifications and safety standards.
• Lead design reviews, progress meetings, supplier evaluations, FATs, and site readiness.
• Mentor junior project team members.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and PMO best practices.
• Support commercial and tendering with insights and risk assessments.
