Job summary

TechnologyOne is seeking expressions of interest for Senior Project Managers to join our New Projects Consulting team. Based in Melbourne, with opportunities across major Australian cities, you will lead ERP implementation projects and guide customers through transformations, ensuring successful delivery and measurable outcomes.

You will partner with consultants and customers, drive governance across scope, schedule and budget, and foster a collaborative environment focused on delivering value

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ERP or enterprise software projects.
• Experience coordinating vendors or subcontractors.
• Background in consulting, vendor, or internal project delivery environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams concurrently.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, communicate effectively, and build trust.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong documentation and reporting capability.
• A Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, etc) is advantageous.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP implementation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.

In response to our continued growth and projected workload, are now seeking for expressions of interest for a Senior Project Managers based in Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth to join our New Projects Consulting team. Opportunities will arise throughout the remainder of 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about our ERP Systems and helping Customers achieve their goals.

What you\'ll be doing…

This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the implementation of our market-leading software. You\'ll partner closely with our consultants and customers to guide them through their transformation journey, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and successfully. You\'ll bring strong project management discipline, build trusted relationships, and help drive meaningful outcomes for our customers.

• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong documentation and reporting capability
• A Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, etc) is advantageous
