• Champion secure development practices, establish robust monitoring solutions, and contribute to disaster recovery strategies.

• Define coding standards, streamline delivery processes, and improve deployment automation to ensure product quality and timely releases.

• Provide technical guidance to developers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning across teams.

• Explore and champion the practical application of AI and AI‑assisted development across product and engineering teams, including the use of AI agents to improve product capabilities, accelerate delivery, and enhance customer outcomes, while maintaining appropriate governance, oversight, and accountability for AI‑generated outputs.

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
