Job summary

McMahon Services in Adelaide is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of self-delivered decommissioning and demolition projects valued up to $20M annually. You will steer project delivery, governance, risk, and client relationships, with direct oversight of Project Managers and Engineers.

Based in a senior leadership role, you’ll influence strategy, contribute to bids, and develop future leaders, while traveling nationally as the portfolio requires.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large self-delivered projects in civil/industrial sectors.
• Strong contract administration and WHS knowledge in complex environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-discipline teams.
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Construction Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of self-delivered decommissioning and remediation projects up to $20M annual revenue.
• Turn legacy sites into opportunities and unlock future value.
• Collaborate with Tendering, Commercial, Safety and Operations teams for best-for-business outcomes.
• Implement risk management, financial reporting, and governance systems for a team up to 50 people.
• Lead with McMahon's RISE values to foster safety, respect and high performance.
• Conduct monthly project reviews and report to General Manager and senior stakeholders.
• Work mainly on Adelaide-based projects with interstate travel as required.
