Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services Pty is seeking a Senior Engineering/Project Manager to coordinate interfaces for a major rail signalling and train-control modernisation programme in Perth. You will link interfacing projects, assess scope impacts and integrate technical work into the master programme, supporting broader project leadership.

Ideal candidates will have end-to-end delivery experience on major infrastructure and rail projects, with Chartered status eligibility and knowledge of

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Project Management required.
• Chartered status eligibility or professional registration preferred.
• End-to-end delivery experience on major infrastructure, rail or multidisciplinary projects.
• Knowledge of Australian rail authority standards highly regarded.
• Technical background in CBTC, railway communications or train-control systems advantageous.
• MS Project or Primavera proficiency; strong stakeholder communication and analytical judgement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-project scope, programme interfaces and impact assessments.
• Translate technical changes into engineering configuration and commercial change processes.
• Collaborate with planners to maintain integrated schedules in MS Project and Primavera.
• Manage legacy-system scope, procurement, resources and delivery sequencing.
• Provide project narrative reports and monitor quality closure across disciplines.
• Promote safe execution and practical HSE improvements.
