Job summary

Amida Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead health sector projects from design through delivery in Sydney. You will work across DA submissions, procurement and commissioning, coordinating with clients and authorities to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 8–15 years’ experience in health infrastructure projects, with strong communication, leadership and Excel skills, and the ability to manage multi-stakeholder teams.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Construction, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture or similar.
• 7+ years of experience within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction programmes and plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to build rapport at all levels.
• Advanced computer literacy and Excel skills.
• Previous client-side project management experience is ideal.

Exciting opportunity with a dynamic and growing team working on first class health projects.

Known as one of the leading firms in the delivery of projects, our client is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their forward thinking, professional and dynamic project management consultancy in their Sydney office.

Project experience in the government sector related specifically to new build health would be beneficial however their work varies across other sectors as well. Projects up to $30m. Will be working on projects from design, preconstruction and statutory approvals through to procuring contractors and consultants and into delivery.

Candidates can come from client-side consultancy, main contractor or consulting engineering firms. Ideally having experience working on Health Infrastructure projects.

Years of experience:
