Job summary

Amida Recruit AU in Sydney seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead health, laboratory or pharma projects from design through to delivery. You will manage client relations, planning, procurement, risk and cost control, liaising with authorities and consultants. 7–15+ years in construction required; experience in health/healthcare facilities is preferred. This is a permanent, full-time role with strong project portfolio and career progression.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Construction, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture or similar.
• Minimum 7+ years in the construction industry.

Known as one of the leading firms in the delivery of projects, our client is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their forward thinking, professional and dynamic project management consultancy in their Sydney office.

Project experience in the government sector related specifically to new build health would be beneficial however their work varies across other sectors as well. Will be working on projects from design, preconstruction and statutory approvals through to procuring contractors and consultants and into delivery.

Candidates can come from client-side consultancy, main contractor or consulting engineering firms.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with experience delivering complex projects (ideally health, laboratory, pharma or medical buildings) to work with a highly regarded organisation.

Years of experience: 7 to 15yr+
