Job summary

Amida Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in Sydney to lead end-to-end construction delivery on a $50m–$100m+ retail project. You will manage design consultants, contractors, and client interfaces across all phases, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with top safety and quality standards.

Candidates with client-side experience are preferred; head contractor background is also welcomed.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 6–10+ years in a client-side PM role; head contractor experience advantageous.
• Proven end-to-end PM skills from concept through completion.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials and equipment.
• Experience managing diverse building projects across phases.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Skilled in conflict resolution and crisis management.
• Proficient in Construction Management software and MS Office Suite.

• Project & Stakeholder Management to align scope, schedule and budget.
• Contract administration, procurement, and risk mitigation.
• Design coordination, approvals, and regulatory compliance.
• Program oversight with timelines, milestones, and cost reporting.
