Senior Project Manager

About our Utilities team

Our Utilities team delivers water and wastewater infrastructure across Australia and New Zealand, from treatment plants and pumping stations to pipelines and tunnelling. We bring deep technical expertise and a proven ability to deliver complex projects in both greenfield and brownfield environments.

About the opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager or Project Manager with brownfield water and wastewater treatment experience to join our team for upcoming works on the Central Coast and Newcastle. You will take full accountability for project delivery, leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve commercial, safety, and quality outcomes across all phases of delivery.

What you’ll bring to the team

• Proven experience delivering water or wastewater treatment projects ideally >$100m with expertise in brownfield projects
• Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate and drive complex works
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, consultants and subcontractors
• A strong safety focus, with proven experience managing risk and implementing safe work practices on complex water infrastructure projects
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement, always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to deliver
