Job summary

Mars Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong change management and stakeholder engagement experience to lead technology and business systems initiatives.

You will own delivery across the project lifecycle, coordinate external vendors and internal resources, and help embed change. Working alongside a Senior Business Analyst, you will help strengthen governance, readiness and adoption, driving practical business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering technology and business systems projects through full lifecycle.
• Hands-on organisational change management experience including communications and user adoption.
• Strong client-side vendor management and internal resource coordination skills.
• Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and communicating with non-technical audiences.
• Experience establishing or improving project governance, delivery frameworks or PMO practices.

The Opportunity
Mars Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong change management and stakeholder engagement experience.
With several technology and business systems initiatives planned, this is an opportunity to combine hands-on project delivery with improving how the organisation plans, manages and embeds change.
You'll work alongside a Senior Business Analyst, taking ownership of project delivery and the associated change management activities. Together, you'll help strengthen the organisation's approach to project delivery, business analysis and change.
The Role
You'll provide client-side project management across a portfolio of initiatives, coordinating external vendors and internal resources to deliver practical business outcomes.
The broader project pipeline includes AI capability within the Contact Centre, an eDRMS replacement and SharePoint rollout, and a likely core business system replacement. Your project allocation will reflect priorities and the skills of the incoming team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading projects from initiation and planning through implementation and transition to operational support.
• Managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies and project reporting.
• Coordinating vendor delivery and internal resources, maintaining clear accountability.
• Assessing change impacts and developing practical stakeholder engagement, communication and adoption plans.

• Building effective relationships with senior stakeholders, business leaders and operational teams.
• Establishing practical project and change management frameworks, templates and governance to improve delivery consistency.

About You
You're an experienced Senior Project Manager who can bring structure to an environment where delivery practices are still developing. You're comfortable taking ownership, working through ambiguity and introducing processes that suit the organisation's size and needs.

You'll bring:

• Proven experience delivering technology and business systems projects through the full lifecycle.
• Hands-on organisational change management experience, including communications, stakeholder engagement and user adoption.
• Strong client-side vendor management and internal resource coordination skills.
• Confidence engaging senior stakeholders, managing competing priorities and communicating with non-technical audiences.
• Experience establishing or improving project governance, delivery frameworks or PMO practices.
• A collaborative approach to working with a Senior Business Analyst across requirements, delivery and business readiness.

Relevant qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP or Prosci would be well regarded.
