Job summary

Unita in Australia is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large, complex fitout projects end-to-end, guiding CA/PC and Site Manager teams and ensuring commercial and schedule success.

You’ll oversee planning, risk, cost control and client communication, maintaining safety and quality standards while building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of some of our bigger, more complex fitout projects – the ones that need strong leadership, clear thinking and someone who knows how to get it done.

This is a key role in our Delivery team, owning projects end-to-end while guiding and lifting the capability of the team around you.

The role

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be the on-field captain – keeping projects on track, making sound decisions under pressure, and driving strong commercial and delivery outcomes.

You’ll bring structure, clarity and momentum to delivery, working closely with your delivery team (CA/PC, Site Manager) and key stakeholders to keep projects aligned and performing.

You’ll also play a key role in the overall client experience, making sure projects are run in a way that keeps clients informed, supported and confident throughout delivery.

What you’ll be responsible for
