Job summary

Unita is seeking a Site Manager to take full ownership of commercial fitout projects across Australia. You will run site delivery from mobilisation through to handover, keeping the project on programme while maintaining safety and quality on every day’s work.

You’ll coordinate trades, subcontractors and consultants, manage logistics and sequencing, read drawings, and resolve issues before they impact delivery. First Aid CPR and White Card are mandatory, as is a valid driver’s license.

• 5+ years experience managing commercial fitout projects.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, site logistics and sequencing.
• Strong ability to read drawings and ensure high workmanship standards.
• First Aid & CPR certification (Mandatory).

About the Role:

You'll take full ownership of site delivery - running projects day-to-day from mobilisation through to handover. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for keeping the site safe, organised, and moving to programme, while maintaining the high standard of finish our clients expect.

You'll work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors and consultants to coordinate trades, manage sequencing, and ensure everything on site is set up for success. From managing logistics and site activity to resolving issues before they escape, you'll play a key role in delivering projects that are built right the first time.

Your experience:

• 5+ years experience managing commercial fitout projects
• Ability to deliver and manage sites up to $15M
• Experience across workplace, hotel, retail, hospitality or health sectors
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, site logistics and sequencing
• Strong ability to read drawings and ensure high workmanship standards
• First Aid & CPR certification (Mandatory)
• White Card (Mandatory)
• Valid driver's licence (Mandatory)
