Job summary

Unita is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Brisbane to lead delivery of large fitout projects. You’ll act as on-site captain, drive scope, schedule, cost and risk, and guide a delivery team including CAs, PCs and Site Managers.

You’ll build strong client relationships and ensure safety, quality and compliance across projects while maintaining margins and delivering outstanding outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering $5m - $20m complex fitout projects end-to-end.
• Ability to lead project teams across delivery.
• Strong understanding of commercial, contractual and delivery risk.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and contract documentation.
• Trade and/or tertiary qualifications in Construction or Project Management (preferred).
• Driver’s licence (Mandatory).

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of some of our bigger, more complex fitout projects – the ones that need strong leadership, clear thinking and someone who knows how to get it done.

This is a key role in our Delivery team, owning projects end-to-end while guiding and lifting the capability of the team around you.

The role

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be the on-field captain – keeping projects on track, making sound decisions under pressure, and driving strong commercial and delivery outcomes.

You’ll bring structure, clarity and momentum to delivery, working closely with your delivery team (CA/PC, Site Manager) and key stakeholders to keep projects aligned and performing.

You’ll also play a key role in the overall client experience, making sure projects are run in a way that keeps clients informed, supported and confident throughout delivery.
