Job summary

Data#3 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major ICT engagements within our Professional Services team. You will own project delivery, manage budgets and stakeholders, and work across customers to keep complex engagements moving forward.

You will combine hands-on delivery with strategic guidance, balancing commercial acumen with customer outcomes. Eligible to obtain government security clearance. Join an ASX200-listed company with a strong regional footprint in Australia and Fiji.

As a Senior Project Manager within our Professional Services team, you’ll manage major ICT engagements across multiple customers, combining project delivery ownership, commercial acumen and strategic stakeholder management.

You’ll combine strong project delivery capability with a hands‑on approach to delivery, working alongside customers and teams to solve challenges, influence outcomes and keep complex engagements moving forward.

In this role you will:

  • Lead complex ICT projects from planning through to implementation and transition, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget and to standard.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers, acting as a senior advisor and escalation point.
  • Lead project teams, manage risks and issues, and drive delivery across multiple stakeholders.
  • Apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to suit the engagement and customer environment.
  • Provide strategic guidance and challenge thinking to achieve the best customer outcomes.
  • Contribute to pre‑sales activity and identify opportunities to expand customer engagements.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex technology projects or customer engagements, with a strong track record of delivering outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
  • A delivery‑focused leader who enjoys getting into the detail, working alongside teams and taking accountability for making things happen.
  • Strong commercial and financial management capability, with experience managing project budgets, forecasting, profitability and commercial outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and conflict‑resolution skills.
  • Comfortable operating strategically while remaining accountable for delivery outcomes.
  • Agile and Waterfall delivery experience.
  • Eligible to obtain an Australian Government security clearance.
