Data#3 is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to join the Perth-based Managed Services team. The role focuses on delivering complex, multi-tiered solutions with emphasis on cloud, networks, and security, while leading a team of engineers.

Based in Perth with a hybrid working model, you will collaborate with customers’ operational leaders and drive initiatives from transition to ongoing service delivery, ensuring quality and value.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in IT environment, preferably in a technical role.
  • 2+ years in a Service Delivery Management role.
  • Proficient in ITIL processes.
  • Experience in service delivery activities including continuous service improvement, time management, risk management & communications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with key technical customer representatives and grow the Data#3 customer relationship from a technical delivery perspective.
  • Engage with customer operational leaders and stakeholders to capture and respond to satisfaction pulse points.
  • Identify technical risks and support delivery, sales and presales in gathering requirements for a fit-for-purpose solution.
  • Understand multi-tiered solutions, underlying technologies, and latest tools to guide projects.
  • Lead a team of systems and network engineers to deliver BAU services against an approved statement of work.

We have an excellent career opportunity for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to join Data#3 Managed Services team in Perth to support our growing business.

As part of the Managed Service team the incumbent will be expected to:

  • Develop strong relationships with key technical customer representatives and grow the strength of the Data#3 customer relationship from a technical delivery perspective.
  • Engage with a balanced cross section of the customer’s operational leaders and stakeholders to ensure that all customer satisfaction pulse points are captured and appropriately responded to.
  • Identify technical risks and support the delivery, sales and presales teams in gathering requirements to develop a solution fit with a strong value proposition.
  • Ability to understand the technical complexities of multi-tiered solutions and systems integration, their underlying technologies, and the latest technical tools.
  • Take on the lead technical role as part of new customer transitions into service and new technology project transitions for existing customers.
  • Lead a team of capable systems and network engineers to deliver business as usual services against an agreed statement of work.

The following skills are essential for this role:

  • Strong Cloud/Server/Network/Security engineering skills, in particular Azure, Cisco, and VMware technologies.
  • Proficient in ITIL
  • 5 Years Minimum experience in IT environment, preferably in a technical role
  • 2 Years Minimum experience in a Service Delivery Management role.
  • Previous experience in Service Delivery activities including continuous service improvement, time management, risk management & communications
