Job Description

We’re looking for a Scrum Master to join our Brisbane team and play a key role in supporting high-performing Agile teams. You’ll help create an environment where teams can collaborate effectively, continuously improve and deliver value to customers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum practices
• Remove impediments and help teams stay focused on delivery
• Drive continuous improvement and encourage a strong Agile mindset
• Support effective collaboration between Product Owners, delivery teams and stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve team performance, ways of working and delivery outcomes

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile principles and delivery practices
• Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience coaching teams and supporting Agile maturity
• Ability to identify and resolve blockers in a collaborative way
• Relevant Scrum/Agile certification is desirable
