Ventia is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Adelaide to lead a team of Project Managers across a varied portfolio, delivering projects from minor works to large complex initiatives for the Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement.
You will strengthen client relationships, oversee planning, scheduling, financial governance and ensure safety, on-time delivery and quality across sites in South Australia.
As Ventia continues to build capability across the Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement (AGFMA), we are expanding our project delivery leadership team and seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the continued growth and success of the contract. Ventia proudly delivers AGFMA for the Government of South Australia, managing a diverse portfolio of projects across critical community and government assets. In this role, you will lead a team of Project Managers and oversee multiple projects ranging from minor works through to large, complex initiatives across a wide variety of sites. This opportunity will suit a Senior Project Manager who enjoys not only delivering high quality outcomes but also contributing to the ongoing development and maturity of a long-term government contract. You will play a key role in strengthening client relationships, leading a team of Project Management professionals, shaping high quality project delivery standards, and supporting sustainable portfolio growth. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Adelaide, offering exposure to meaningful projects that deliver essential services and infrastructure upgrades across South Australia.
