Job summary

Today is Australia’s most awarded social impact agency, tackling complex government challenges through design and technology. The Project Lead will guide projects in a multi-year service transformation, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring clear stakeholder communication.

Based in Naarm with a hybrid work arrangement, you’ll manage budgets, timelines, and dependencies while delivering meaningful outcomes for Victorians. Today offers a learning budget, flexibility and parental leave.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in an agency, consultancy, government or similar environment.
• Track record managing strategic, product or digital projects with research and iteration built in.
• Proficient with both agile and waterfall approaches and knowing when each fits.

Responsibilities

• Leading delivery on multiple projects within the program.
• Acting as primary contact for client stakeholders with clear, regular communication.
• Managing requirements, timelines, budgets and dependencies across projects.
