Ideal candidate has 5+ years PQE in project finance or transactional finance within top-tier or mid-tier law firms, with strong drafting and communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE in projects, finance, or transactional practice within a top-tier or mid-tier law firm.
• Strong technical skills in relation to finance law and drafting for commercial advice.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Demonstrated capability to mentor lawyers and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Partner on high-profile project finance matters.
• Provide commercial advice on complex projects across multiple sectors.
• Contribute to client engagement and business development efforts.
• Mentor junior lawyers and integrate them into matter workstreams.
