Ashurst Perkins Coie is seeking a Senior Associate to join our project finance team, working closely with Partner Chris Redden on high-profile matters. The role offers exposure across multiple sectors and a collaborative, supportive environment in Australia (Sydney or Melbourne).

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of PQE in projects, finance or transactional practice at a top-tier or mid-tier law firm, with strong finance drafting skills, client relationships, and excellent communication.

Qualificações

• 5+ years PQE in projects, finance, or transactional practice at a top-tier or mid-tier law firm.
• Strong technical skills in finance law and drafting.
• Excellent ability to build meaningful and long-lasting relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively, bring lawyers into matter workstreams, and actively mentor lawyers.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; and
• Advanced drafting skills.

Responsabilidades
