Tier-1 law firm in Perth seeks an experienced Banking & Projects lawyer to join as Senior Associate / Special Counsel. You’ll advise lenders, sponsors and investors on complex debt finance transactions including acquisition, leveraged, project and corporate finance.

As a senior team member you’ll contribute to strategy, mentoring, and use of technology to elevate service delivery. You will bring 5+ years PQE in banking and finance, with a proven track record in complex debt financing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE in banking and finance practice.
• Experience in complex debt finance transactions.
• Proven track record across leveraged, acquisition, project or corporate/real estate finance.

Responsibilities

• Advise lenders, sponsors and investors on complex financing transactions.
• Lead and mentor junior lawyers within the Banking & Projects group.
• Contribute to practice and firm strategy while leveraging technology to improve service delivery.
