Job summary

East Partnership is seeking a Senior Project Finance Analyst to join its leading infrastructure investment platform in Australia. The role focuses on transactions across infrastructure, renewable energy and digital infrastructure, with ownership of complex financial modelling, due diligence and commercial workstreams.

The successful candidate will lead development, review and maintenance of project finance models and participate in debt financing, equity structuring and investment approvals

Qualifications

Minimum of three years’ experience in infrastructure investment or project finance.
Proven ability to develop and audit complex project finance models.
Experience with debt or equity financing processes and transaction execution.

Responsibilities

Lead development and maintenance of complex project finance models.
Support a full transaction lifecycle from investment screening to approvals.
Collaborate with financiers, advisers and internal stakeholders.
Contribute to debt arranging and capital optimisation.
