Job summary

ISMART Building Group is seeking a Senior Project Engineer for a major transport project on the Sunshine Coast. You will lead delivery of a new multi-level car park in a live operating environment, ensuring safe access for users, adjacent operations and construction traffic.

This role requires experience delivering concrete structures, a strong FRP background, and a background in Tier 1 or strong Tier 2 contractors. Australian experience is required.

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification in civil, structural or construction, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering delivery of the car park structure from demolition to finishes.
• Plan staging to keep pedestrian, vehicle, emergency and operational access safe during construction.
• Run design reviews, constructability workshops, RFI close-out.
• Manage package budgets, forecasts, procurement and program recovery.
• Coordinate testing, finishing works, operational readiness and handover.
