Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Project Engineer to deliver capital projects across manufacturing processes, packaging, utilities and safety at the Minto site. You will lead projects from concept to handover, partnering with Operations, Maintenance, Quality and external contractors to ensure safe, on-time delivery within budget and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in capital project management and manufacturing operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Mechatronics, Process, or Industrial Engineering. Project Management certification and Chartered Engineer status advantageous.
• Strong skills in delivering projects from concept through to commissioning and handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple capital projects across manufacturing processes, packaging, utilities, safety and infrastructure.
• Develop business cases, scopes, budgets, schedules and execution plans.
• Manage the Capital Plan and align investments with business objectives.
• Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to expected performance outcomes.
• Lead risk management, contractor management and project governance.
