Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company in Sydney seeks a Senior Maintenance & Reliability Manager for the Minto site to lead the maintenance function, improve equipment availability, reduce unplanned downtime and drive SAP S/4HANA enabled work management.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Safety and Digital to deliver safe, cost‑effective assets; lead a high‑performing team of technicians, planners and contractors and embed robust maintenance systems and RCA discipline.

Qualifications

• Senior maintenance leadership experience in FMCG/manufacturing.
• Experience implementing SAP PM/S4HANA in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site maintenance and reliability function for packaging lines and utilities.
• Own preventative, predictive and reliability-centered maintenance programs.
• Drive SAP S/4HANA maintenance adoption and data quality.
• Coach and develop maintenance teams and contractors.
• Manage budgets, spare parts spend and external providers.
